Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The instructions say to unplug the power cable from the 6 meter cable when the headset is not in use.   Is it OK to just use a remote power switch on the outlet that the headset's power supply is plugged into, when I am not using the headset?

Contact (call) HP Business Support and request the replacement of your current cable to the latest revision of cable (under warranty)

This is larger and has a power switch, and 'should' resolve your issue 🙂
