Brand new Reverb H2 DOA out of the box

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a brand new HP reverb 2 that I just received. (product#1G5U1AA). It appears to be DOA. It will not connect or power up and I have tried 3 different PC's ( the latest being a brand new i9 on a MSI Z390-A motherboard). I continuously get prompted to plug into a 3.0 superspeed port. Power breakout is connected to AC and shows illuminated white indicator when plugged into a USB port. Tried contacting support but apparently the serial number is not in the system so I am unable to get any help. How do you reach support to get a DOA product exchanged?

Hi. I have EXACTLY the same issue on a G2 i bought two weeks ago from the HP store.  Please let em know if they contact you on how to speak to support without a recognized serial number.
