Im certain the cable has shorted out, the connector was hot and the displays slowly died infront of me.. im not sure if its damaged the headset itself, as i have no access to a cable to test. It broke in under a week of use out of it and by the time i got round to trying to get it fixed it the warranty was expired, Im happy to pay for a cable as its my own fault for leaving it so long, but where can i buy one in the UK? 940814-001 is the part number i think, i cant even find a working phone number for HP support

edit: seems as though this was an expensive disposable device that HP no longer support

please someone help me 😞

It is NOT available from HP in The UK

nor Amazon UK

     https://www.amazon.co.uk/Inc-Cable-2in1HDMI-Meter-940814-001/dp/B07B962GY8

But available from HP in The US

Probably you have to put order from The US

So I can order it to a country I do not live in for the low low price of 141.55 GBP? Something about this doesnt seem very fair, the lack of support and unavailability of parts is kind of shocking, Ill not be buying from you guys again if the products you make are obsolete within a year or two because the cable breaks and you cant purchase a replacement.

So i geuss HP doesnt care they just want me to buy the reflex? Which will likely not be supported in a year from now?
