Have an issue with my Omen Photon mouse. Started with what I can only describe as a 'ping' noise from the left button which has now moved over to the right button as well. Happens probably every 50th click but is getting more frequent. Anybody else experienced this? I have tried to contact support but the live agent is shocking and any other part of the site doesnt recognise the serial number
I've obviously tried this, can you advise which option I should use as I couldn't find anything relevant. The warranty option doesnt work as the serial number says invalid, and the virtual assistant takes me round in circles
