Product: Omen Sequencer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, so i have an HP Omen sequencer gaming keyboard and i was using it just fine, but today when i turned on my laptop it didnt work, seems like my PC is recognizing it as an storage device, it shows up as "CRP DISABLD", tried uninstalling the device, restarting my pc and all that i could and i just cant get it to work, when i use the usb port included in the keyboard it works tho, any help would be great (sorry if my english is bad, not my native language)

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried updating the keyboard driver?
