Product: HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

Of so many problems from cord never working right. Focus makes everybody dizzy. To now there are two buttons burned in the screen almost same spot no matter which way you turn makikng it look like two.. The objects look like buttons?  However if you close one eye one dissapears. ANd if you close the other eye the other one dissapears.  Is this screen burn?  Or some other problem? also this system has hardly been used because of these and other  issues.  I wish for my handicap sons sake we could get these issues fixed.. New Cord, revised face mask, and gabage off the display picture..  The system has hardly been used really we have had 100rds of issues.. From bying the wrong PC twice to run it.  To taking care of all the glitches i wish HP would do something to make it right with me as i am a bussiness owner as well as my children..  Thanks..
