Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been struggling with most games for the last year or so because I don't have a dedicated graphics card. Is there anyway for me to be able to install a graphics card in this pc?

Your PC is a laptop and laptops cannot have graphics cards added like a desktop can.

If you had a laptop with a thunderbolt connection, you can add an external GPU.  Unfortunately, yours does not.
