Hello community,

 

so i have a problem. I bought my headset on amazon in december 2018, which means i still got warranty, right?

But i can't find my serial number on the amazon website and i don't have the box neither can i find the serial number on my headset. I have the shipping details and the bill, but without the serial number i can't contact the support. This is really frustrating. How can i contact the support?

 

I'm sorry for any mistakes because english is not my first language and thanks for your help.
