HP Reverb G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The 6 meter cable for my HP Reverb G2 was damaged (cat...) and I have been attempting to order a replacement with no luck. I called the phone number on the HP support site, waited on hold only to be told this was the wrong number (it was the only number listed) and they couldn't help me. They gave me another HP number to call, but when I got through to them they said they also could not help, and gave me the number for a third party parts supplier in the UK. I called them, and they said they only dealt with business customers and gave me the numbers for yet more 3rd party suppliers to call. I have also attempted to get through to SystemActive (who I bought it from - I am in the UK) but they just have not been answering the phones all the times I have called.

I am very frustrated - my Reverb G2 also arrived with faulty controllers which had to be RMA'd, and now with a broken cable I can't even use it at all. I just need to know who to contact at HP to order the replacement cable.
