Product: Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I didn't know which category applied, so I just put Bios Issue.

I've been trying to get a second charger for my pc, but the two chargers I've bought so far haven't been "Full Performance," so I was wondering what I should be looking for? From another similar request I saw that you'd need the Product number, so here it is.
