So i have had the Mindframe headset for quite some time and i went to HP website to check my warranty and the only name i could found is "Omen X by HP Mindframe Headset" Unsure what the 'X' is in the name as it doesn't say it on the product that I have bought, I am unsure if I'm on the right product page as when I try to check my warranty it says" HP was unable to find a match based on the information provided" I made sure I typed in the details correct but I keep getting this error message.
what am I to do?
also another problem is I cant seem to find any drivers for these headphones is it because these headphones require non?
