hello,

so my problem is about setting up the warranty for my Omen X by HP Mindframe Headset and that probelm is that the warranty page of HP keeps giving me a error message i have tried to input my serial number multiple times since buying this headset and to this day i keep reseving this error message as follows

 

"Error: We were unable to validate the serial number and add this product to your profile. Please visit your dashboard to add the product at another time. The contact options listed below are still valid. "

 

what am i supposed to do i have entered the serial number more then 100 times and i still cant activate my warranty

 

i really apricate if anyone can help  

 

p.s sorry for the category  i chose as i'm only able to select windows update and nothing else that is related to the issue I have
