Anyone have success correcting warranty errors? My Reverb, purchased less than a year ago, has failed. It SHOULD be under warranty, but the purchase date in HPs system is incorrect. I have submitted a request to correct, but have not heard a response.

My Reverb G1 has failed. It is still under warranty, but the support web site says the device is no longer serviced by HP so I am not given any support options.. Any suggestions on how to contact HP so I can request warranty service? I have tried the automated agent, but it gives me the same result after the warranty check.
