Defective Mouse Product

macOS 10.12 Sierra

I recently bought a HP Wireless Mouse 200 the 26th of June 2017 and the USB component came apart when I removed it from my USB port. 


Not only did it came apart but the metal case holding everything together got stuck into my laptop's usb port and I'm unable to remove it. 


I contact the chat, put up a case and even called twice to the***HP Tech Phone and the line just cuts off and transfers me to no one. 


I need help to get a replacement mouse or a refund for the defective HP Product.
