Do not accept return defective HP Reverb

I can’t turn in the defective HP Reverb in the USA. This is a real headache. I can’t personally come to the service center and would like to send Reverb by mail or courier. I bought on Amazon. Amazon will not help in my problem. I contacted the nearest service center, but they said that I need to make a request on the HP website. I contacted the support, but more than 5 of my letters did not lead to anything. I tried to contact different services, but no one could tell me what to do. More than 3 months have passed. Reverb is still with me. World giant HP acts like a petty scammer.
