I cannot find drivers for my Pavilion Gaming Keyboard 800.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Let's try this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-gaming-keyboard/22865238 to download Software and drivers for HP Pavilion Gaming keyboard. 

If you're unable to find drivers for your product. Try manually selecting your operating system. If your operating system is not listed then HP may not provide driver support for your product with that operating system.

first, thank you very much for your reply.

I used the HP-site before, and specially the download-driver-site. Everytime I enter the serial number or the product number it is said, that the product cannot be found.

On the link you sent me my operating system (windows 10, 64 bit) is not listed, so it seems I have to notice, that there are no more longer drivers available for my keyboard. Off course, that´s a great pity for me, because I bought the keyboard in December 2019 and I never head the idea, that it is out-of-order (it´s just 8 weeks ago).

Anyway, thank you for your answer.

@_p_M_t15 If you are having trouble finding the product or its driver/software, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

 

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
