Hi All,
I have purchased a new Dual Mode Mouse 300 Model ID 6CR71AA from Amazon. And when I a trying to add the product to my account using the serial number HP site shows "Not a Valid Serial"
Serial Number of the Mouse:- [Personal Information Removed]
Does this mean the seller has sold its counterfeit product?
Please do suggest accordingly , I will return/replace the product.
