HP Pavillion 22cwa

Hello All,

My monitor is having issues. When it turns on, regardless of it being plugged into the wall or a surge protector, and regardless if the HDMI cable is connected, the screen flickers intensely.

It is a consistent eratic flicker, which never seems to normalize.

I have tried the full power cycle followed by a factory reset, but to no avail.

What can I do to fix this?

Thank you!
