GA1 Accelerator Destroyed my RXT2080 FANs and their Support says its my fault ...unbelievable

So spent a frustrating week with OMEN Support, and how its my fault that their design for the OMEN GA1 was the weak point and it subsequently caused a cascade of events ending with my $1000 Video card no being unusable.

They denied any wrong doing because my video card is simply not listed on their product web page, SO therefore its NOT supported. REALLY....if its fit...it works. These forums/Reddit have users constantly asking if it new nVidia/AMD cards will work, and before when I called their SUPPORT they said...we dont know "try it out...it should work".

Now they say its not their fault, and point to the web page as proof. The biggest problem is that I bought this to be mobile, so I moved to South Korea, and getting any support is a big hassle. I would never had thought I would run into a issue with something like this.

Some metal shealthing attached to the inner shells wall, detatched, and was sucked into the fans...which then destroyed the fan baldes as shown in the attached picture.

This is simply bad design, and HP should accecpt that this was specific to their case and replace my video card seeing this was their product that caused the failure.IMG_20190411_022817.jpg
