Product: Gaming Headset H200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

(I don't know what category to put this in so i put it in reverb)
This issue came up a month ago.
It no longer has full sound and is very blurry.

There doesn't seem to be damage to the wire or any part of the headset, and there is little to no help with the HP Support Assistant. Built-in speakers for the computer (24-b016) still work fine.
