I purchased the Gaming Keyboard and Mouse KM300F set months ago and my keyboard keys stopped functioning. When I enter my serial number in the site, it shows there isn’t any such product and I get frustrated the more I try getting it back. The warranty period isn’t over yet and I need help regarding my warranty. please help

This is a User to/for User Forum first and foremost, and even though sometimes a caring & compassionate HP representative does respond to a plea like yours, that is not guaranteed. You'll need to reach out to HP by phone or online as per your warranty.
How To File an HP Warranty Claim Over the Phone:
You can request a service for your malfunctioning Gaming keyboard/mouse combo by calling the HP warranty 1-800 phone number. When or if you reach a customer service representative, explain your issue and ask for repair. Before you call HP, have your device serial number ready.
How To Submit an HP Warranty Claim Online:
Another way to contact HP’s customer support and file a warranty claim is via the company’s online contact form. Here is how to do it:
1.) Open HP’s Contact Page: https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/contact.html
2.) Tap Go under Contact Support
3.) Select the Virtual Agent option
4.) Choose Warranty or Repairs
5.) Select the topic you need help with
6.) Provide the details about your issue and select the warranty service option
How To Claim HP Warranty in Person:
You can also locate your nearest HP service center here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center and visit it to file a warranty claim.
