Hi! I recently bought a H360G hp headset and it was working fine until one day the microphone stopped working, testing the audio it seems to only pick up desktop audio and not my voice, it's set as the default device on my computer yet the issue still persists, the only thing out of place when I checked properties is that it  the device wasn't migrated properly, how do I fix this?

Hi! I don’t have a HP computer, this is the product number I found on the box of the headset I ordered that stopped working, some additional data, I borrowed my brothers headset of the same model and it works but not the one I purchased, also it doesn’t work on other devices.

The headset however is hp branded and is what I’m trying to fix

any idea how to?

In this case, you should return the headset and request a new headset.

Good luck

Hi! I’ve been using the headset for over a month when it suddenly stopped working so I think it’s past the return period, do you know any place where I may get drivers for it since I can’t seem to find it in this website, perhaps this will fix it? Thank you!

Hello @CATenid

Sorry, I have no drivers, they should be plug-and-play.

Recommendation and solution

Then you have to contact the seller and report that the headset does not work. He is responsible to repair it or give you a new one (warranty).

Good luck
