Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The headset won't switch on, and the LED light that previously was on for the cable breakout box is off. 

I tried disconnecting from power, and disconnecting the usb and hmdi but no success.

Any ideas?

check the fuse in the plug. that might of blown.
