When I try to chage the Hz on the advanced display settings all I can change it to is 60hz 59hz and 50hz 

My computer specs are 

Amd Radeon 5700xt

amd razen 7 3700x 

and 16 core of ram please help

@JRuzzle Greetings from the HP Community!

The  monitor supports upto 144Hz refresh rate, however, only when the right resolution is selected will it work with certain refresh rates,

Go to your Windows display settings, hit the Advanced Display settings button at the bottom of the page.

Under the monitor listing, hit Display adapter properties for display #. In the pop up hit the monitor tab, and change the drop down menu to 144Hz or your preference.

 

If the above doesn't work, please update the BIOS, Chipset and the Graphics card drivers: click here to find and install the same.
