Hi,

I bought my mouse 6 months back, my mouse has 3 years warranty, one of buttons is not working, i wanted to contact to hp support, while checking my warranty status or trying to get support for my device, i need to type serial number, which i typed and it is hsown as invalid, i tried hp automatic check and manually trying to add the device, but it is not working

I see that there is an issue with the wireless mouse and may need replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.

 

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out as it requires advance support.

 

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options" and follow the on screen instructions.

there is one problem with your solution, when i enter my serial number, it say not recognised (which is my issue, as mensioned in the title), so please tell me how to proceed ahead considering that
