WHAT JUST HAPPENED, TRYING TO DO WORK AT HOME AND BOOM MY PEN STOPPED WORKING. THIS IS NOT GOOD.
So I tried to charge it, did not work, so I placed an order, but it was extended more then three months and I haven't got it yet. Seriously there isn't an email to text them, and when I call they put me on hold forever. Someone help me please I don't know whats going on.

I see you are experiencing Pen issues with the HP Envy Notebook and tracking the status of the replacement Pen which was ordered few days ago. I apologize for the Inconvenience.
