wow, ok so you try and help them but dont even acknowledge the original poster who obviously has an issue. Thats about exactly what I have come to expect from you guys. Thanks for the $600 paperweight, couldnt be happier!!!

Welcome to the HP support community.
This is the optimal Area in the middle of the lens in which you get a perfect clear picture. A look outside of this Sweetspot is more blurry and distorted. This is inevitable with the current lens technology. The HP Reverb G2 got a bigger Sweet Spot than the G1, but you have to ensure that the HMD is positioned correctly and that the IPD is set correct.

Yes I am aware of the sweet spot. It is slightly a better image right in the center, but very far from 'perfect'. Your basically just saying it is what it is. I mean for $600 I expected much better though, this is basically unplayable the image is so bad. Again, thanks for the paperweight!
