the Bluetooth power button under the battery does not work. The controller is turned on by the Windows 2sec button, the lights are on, and when you press 3 or more seconds on the Bluetooth button, nothing happens. The right controller works properly, Bluetooth turns on when you press the button under the battery, and the left one does not, does not work. What to do?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Bluetooth button is not working on the mixed reality headset.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you contact support as it is a hardware issue and they will assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
