Product: OMEN by HP 25 Display
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. I own two monitors: the HP OMEN 25i and the HP OMEN 25. I recently upgraded the firmware on the 25i but it went wrong and instead flashed the USB firmware on the 25 instead. After this, my USB ports on the OMEN 25 are no longer working. I've tried the monitor on several PC and they're not working, so we can rule out a driver issue. It was surely caused by the faulty firmware update software, and I think i could fix it by downloading firmware for the OMEN 25... However, I searched all over the internet and couldn't find a single download link. Could you please provide me with the firmware upgrade software?

I'm certain this is the problem and I've even tried a master reset of the monitor to no avail...
