Product: Hp omen 27i monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought 3 of these monitors and am using them on 2 different computers and they keep resetting to factory settings and the underside external led light keeps turning on once I turn my monitors on after being off overnight. These are all brand new. Only about 1-2 weeks old. Very frustrating having to change settings every time I power on my computer. I have seen this question asked here before recently with no resolution. This is a very expensive monitor to have a problem like this.

Actually I was able to solve this. By downloading the official software from here, you can override the default settings for the monitor, I have no problem since then:
