Hello all,
I got an HP Omen 600 mouse in late August as a gift. I am an avid eSports member at my college and recently discovered the capability this mouse SHOULD have. In the manual, it says the mouse is supposed to have a sniper button (as one of two side buttons) and a DPI button to "adjust on the fly." The sniper button, which should lower DPI to 400, does absolutely nothing at the moment. The mouse is basically brand new still, it is possible it was damaged during shipment? In addition, the DPI button is supposed to change the LED color of the mouse and the DPI up to 12,000. The button has no function and it has stayed a Red LED since I first plugged it in. I've looked for updated drivers, software, etc. but to no luck. The SteelSeries Engine 3 does not recognize the mouse and as far as I know there is no other software to support this mouse. Anyone have suggestions?
Thanks, Mason Prather

Hello!
I looked at the documents you posted and figured out the issue. The mouse is functioning with DPI adjustments and LEDs, but one of the side buttons still is not functioning. I've tried adjusting this within applications and within my computer settings.
Thanks!
