I have the following problem and it's not with this weird speaker bar "HP S101".
I bought the headset 1 1/2 years ago and now it makes loud crackling noises when the microphone boom is moved all the way down and the audio input no longer works.
I want to contact support now BUT:
When I enter 1/1 the S/N that is on the box and on the headset, it only ever comes up with this HP S101 speaker bar that is out of warranty. So I am not allowed to contact the support.
Now I have several Omen products and have tried entering the S/N of my mouse, but it only says "Please enter an existing serial number"!
Could it be that something went wrong with the numbering?
What should I do now?
Can some moderators help me?
