Does anyone know how or where to get the adapter that attaches to the arm on the back of the monitor for wall mounting?

 

Mine did not ship with the plate. Also before someone comments saying to get a universal adapter like on a previous community post, the mounting plate is proprietary, standard adapter will not work!
