HP Premium Digital Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever i plug in my HP Premium Digital Headset it stops my wireless logitech mouse and steelseries keyboard from working.  I also have tried pluging anything into the usb ports and nothing will work when the headphones are plugged in.

@FlamesOnCakes

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand your HP Premium Digital Headset stops all other USB ports from working,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Did you remove any splitter or extenders from your computer? to ensure there's ample amount of power consumption for all devices.

Did you update the USB root hubs by installing the latest drivers for your chipset from the manufacturer's site of your PC?

While you respond to that, here's a few things to do:

Please ensure the headset is compatible with your PC:

System Requirements

  • Available USB port 2.0

  • MS Windows - XP, Vista, Win7

Click here for more details and Contact the manufacturer of your PC for further support.

Keep me posted for further assistance 😉

I am using no splitters or extenders and yes all my drivers are fully updated. I am using windows 10 however the headset does work on my laptop with windows 10 and on my other desktop with windows 10 so I'm not sure if that is the problem thanks though.
