HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

I was playing with my HP Reverb G2 and it was working fine until suddenly there was a quick visual glitch in game and then the virtual left hand was acting as if though the trigger is constantly being pressed. I reset the game, didn't work. reset WMR, didn't work, reset the computer, didn't work, new batteries, didn't work. Even in the WMR home screen, I can see the trigger constantly pressed even though I'm not inputting anything on the controller.

Pretty much every forum including this one says this is a dead controller. I've tried to open a support ticket, but your website refuses to let me do so. just continuously gives the useless message below with no other options.

To be honest, I'm pretty tired of this headset and the utter lack of support. This is the latest in the line of a multitude of constant issues, and if possible I would love a refund so I can send this whole thing back to you and just go with an index or something else that works.
