Hi, I have had my headset for 2.5 months now and noticed every time I move the left speaker up or down, audio cuts out then has some static and comes back but is inherently unstable. There are other posts about this same issue. 

 

Additionally, this headset has a 5% sweet spot in the middle of the lenses and the rest of the peripheral viewing is somewhat blurred. 20/20 vision. What do I do about that? Also see other posts about this same issue. 

 

I tried to submit a support request for RMA and the HP website does not recognize the SERIAL NUMBER which is also an issue in other HP forum posts here regarding the G2. HP, please advise, thank you.
