Product: HP Reverb G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recieved my HP Reverb G2 within the last month or so and I Was able to play and finish Half Life: Alyx, However, i recently upgraded to an X570 motherboard and now my HMD no longer works, even on my old motherboard, or any pc i've tried, i've tried 3 (4 with new and old motherboard) and they all produce the same result, no matter what usb port i plug it into the led on the power brick blinks and nothing happens. I can't contact support because for some reason the support page is bugged, and i also can't download any drivers for it because it says they are temporarily unavailable.  I also can't register my headset, whenever i try it says invalid S/N or "Only add pc or printer for now". i don't know what to do anymore.

Seems like i need a new cable.  Top is the reverb, bottom is a new usb-c. But i can't get my warranty activated, it's not allowing me. WIN_20210404_14_51_01_Pro.jpg
