HP reverb G2
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP reverb G2 shows greyscale and tears on the left eye/monitor. After start up of the headset both eyes show this behavior, but as soon as I change any settings of WMR, the right eye turns fine.

I am using the headset via a usb c to displayport Adapter. The graphics card is a Nvidia RTX 3060 and the cpu is an Intel I5y

Hi@Joe498,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Reverb G2 to support the notebook needs to be checked by taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
