HP Reverb Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Today I received the HP Reverb through the post, as I opened the box and picked up the headset the Right Earpiece fell to the floor. Upon closer inspection it has been broken and therefore defective before I opened the box.

I spent 20minutes on the phone to the number 02076600403 to tell me they could'nt help at all, that was the only number the Website gave me when I clicked on Support for this product.
So they gave me the number 02076603859 to call and the e-mail address ukstore.postsale@hp.com, so I ring that number and after none of the Options related to my issue I get told by someone that the number I had to ring was the number I rang earlier...I'm going round in circles.

I have since e-mailed the address above detailing my issue with pictures and copy of the invoive, his "Support" for a product is absolutley abysmal, there were no Options on the Numbers to direct me to to the relevant area and neither of the two incompetent individuals could pass me directly onto the correct area for the issue to be dealt with.

Does anyone have the Direct Number for UKStore Refund/Replavements please? As I don't want to waste another hour faffing about with people who can't help, thanks.
