HP Reverb - Received a defective product, "Support" is abysmal Part 2

Hi Kevin,

I am unable to send you a PM (limit reached!) and unable to Reply to the original Post as there is no Reply button....so:

Who did you pass on my information too please? As I received an e-mail from

HP Service Support EMEA <hpservicesupport_emea@hp.com>

and it states:

Thank you for contacting HP while providing your feedback.
We are sorry to hear of the problems you are experiencing with your HP product.

Unfortunately we do not provide email support. You can call our technical helpdesk Mon - Fri 08.30-18.00 on 0207 660 6096, and they will be happy to assist you where possible with your Headset issue.


So I rang that number and they can't help me either, they're asking for an Employee ID, when I stated I bought this product online they could not help any further nor pass me onto the correct area.
So is this who you forwarded me onto please? if not it may be a reply from the ukstore email I sent yesterday,
