Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used my HP reverb once and worked fine, now it is not turning on anymore. Plugging in to multiple computers and USB/Display ports, lights do not come on and Mixed reality portal doesnt come up. Suppose I could buy a new cable to troubleshoot, I otherwise do not know what else to do, anyone else had this problem?

Also, I tried to go through the support channel but my serial number is not recognized, agh so frustrating.
