HP SSD EX900
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP EX900 SSD stopped working after a month of operation.  It is not recognized by BIOS in either M.2 slot on my motherboard.

 

I am trying to file a warranty claim but the serial number and part number are not recognized.

 

How do I request warranty support for this item?

I was waiting for the call or contact via email, however, I had none.
