I can't even add my product to my profile, as the SN is not working. There is no SN inside the headset, but there is a tag on the cable that says S / N.... that doesn't work. Someone help me please. This is the same issue I had before where no matter the usb port / display port I use it says check cable.

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.

Thank you for your message, I really appreciate it.
When looking for a service center, it asks me to click an option for supported products.
I'm unsure which category the HP reverb falls into ? It doesn't look like any
Options are: Business print / samsung printers / chromebook and chrome box / consumer desktop and laptop / latex / officejetpro / retail point of sale / site / design jet / commercial desktop and laptop / commercial laser jet / digital sender / mobility products / page wide mfp / scanjet / a3 printers
No option that I think a VR headset falls into ?
