HP Spectre x360 + HP Omen Accelerator, any compatibility issues?

HP Recommended
HP Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm moving overseas for college and my computer is too heavy, so I'm deciding to purchase the HP Omen Accelerator for my HP Spectre x360. I will be in Japan, and the Accelerator would have been bought from America. Are there any compatibility issues between the two devices? As well as any possible compatibility issues with the electricity. To add, my HP spectre is the aex000 series, which I heard has many firmware issues.

Thank you.

@Atropos_, welcome to the forum.

Here is the advertisement page for the Omen Accelerator.  It has the compatibility information for video cards and computers near the bottom of the page.  You can check to see if your computer is listed.

As for the power requirements, you can read the information on the power adapter to see what it says.  I have a Spectre x360 Convertible 13 ac0cxx.  I believe that it shows 100V-240V.  You can see what power is required in Japan to know if it will work.
