Hi. I don't really know where to post this, but I tried to contact the HP Support about a problem with my VR Headset (HP Mixed Reality, code VR1000-100), but it says the site is "under maintainance". It's been like this for a week, and I would really like to talk to someone about the issue.

Problem:

One of my controllers (the right one) suddenly had something loose inside that's causing problems, it didn't get phisically damaged or anything. I was playing Beat Saber when it started making a weird noise, like something moving inside, i think a piece of something is moving, getting stuck in the triggers.

I'll ask one of the HP Moderators to see if someone can contact you instead.

They will most likely send you a private message here on the forum.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
