Product: HP Reverb G1 Virtual Reality Headset

Hi HP,

I have HP reverb G1 VR headset 

It's working as usual but the headstrap is broken. It is out of warranty.

I have contacted customer care, they said you visit an hp service center they will fix it. I called several service centers and every said we don't do it.

I am willing for a paid service but every one is washing their hands and providing zero service.

 

Where should I go to get it fixed. I reason i choose hp because the head set was officially launched in India . Now the everything is working fine just to get headstrap replacment it's such a difficult thing to get.

 

Can any one help me with this problem ?
