I love my headset. but it has stopped working. I was playing beatsaber in the morning it worked. I went to play it again later and the headset wouldn't connect to the portal. The cable heated up where it connects to the headset cable. when I removed the cable it smelled funny. Please help me fix it. Chat won't work. Please help.

I dealt with HP today over the phone after receiving your message. 

 

Solution was a new headset on it's way. Can't ask more than that. It was a fast answer and no hassle call. The advisor was great.
