HP plays completely dead and deleted my order - can't return

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have contacted HP twice now and they just ignore my requests and now they just deleted my order from my account.

What can I do now? This is how you lose customers for not wanting to pay back the promised return shipping...
