Hello,

I've recently got an hp reverb, using for flight sim , but the problem i have is during a session the screen inside the headset goes black I can see on the monitor it is still tracking allright but the HMD is still black.

 

My configs settings:

RTX 2070

ram 16 gb 2400 mhz

x470aorus ultra gaming motherboard

Processor: Ryzen 5 26000x

@gregfp66 I recommend installing this firmware update: click here to download, and if that doesn't help, please check if the device works fine on an alternate computer or device, to identify if this is either an issue with the HP Reverb or the computer.
