HP Recommended

HP Reverb G2, the serial tag is dangling right off it and it's legit, yet site refuses to speak to me until it sees what it recognises as a correct serial number. Phone number? Email to write to?

 

Anyway the actual problem is my right VR controller seems to be powering on (tactile buzz) but doesn't pair anymore. Tried the reset procedure - windows + pair button I believe, no luck. Need a repair?
